SOLSTICE RETREAT 2019 - OUR JOUNEY INTO THE LIGHT OF TRUE NATURE

A two day semi-silent Solstice meditation retreat to honour this important time of year, where you can take time out for rejuvination of the spirit and to take a look at 'Our Journey into the Light of True Nature'.

During this retreat we will go into the real purpose of mindfulness and spiritual practice, which is to awaken to ones true nature.

We will examine the nature of truth and deception in terms of ultimate reality and why are we even alive, and uncover many of the narratives in our lives that maybe holding us back from a true liberation of the heart, mind and spirit, or ones true nature.

During the retreat, I want to share with you some of the paths I have taken on my own journey to discovering the ‘Light of True Nature’ and some of the major spiritual influences on me over the years. I think you will find this a really heart warming sharing and will hopefully be a catalyst to embrace the depth of these teachings in your own lives.

The 2 day retreat will incorporate periods of silence, meditation, walking, qi gong, group work and sharing, all with nourishing food and good company and all in the wonderful green environment of Cliff College.
