I'm Richard. There isn't a lot to say about me. I have an interest in all things one might categorize as spiritual. Over the years I have been a yoga teacher and mindfulness teacher. I have studied Buddhism...loved it...battled with it...then found some peace somewhere in the middle 🙂🙏

I love life. I especially love being with nature as it continuosly shows us beauty in simplicity.
